By accessing our website, you agree to our terms and conditions. We will collect certain information about you during your visit. Like other websites, ours uses standard technology called "cookies" and weblog servers to collect information about how our website is being used. The information obtained through both systems is used for quality control and measurement purposes.  

Shipping

Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g. USPS) to your delivery address.  Some carriers can not deliver to a P.O. Box.  

Standard Shipping

Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 4-8 business days of receiving your order. 

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order has been shipped, along with a  link to the website where they can track their order.  

Return and exchange policy for  Diffusers

Diffusers may be returned within 20 days from the date of product delivery.

· The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable shipping insurance.

· The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation.

· Diffusers must be packed in a proper shipping box; a diffuser box is not considered a shipping   box, please use appropriate packaging material.

· Diffusers that have been run with oil are deemed used and not eligible for return.

· Diffusers that have been altered, modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for  return.

Trendy Scent is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend securing shipping insurance and providing us with a tracking number as part of the return process.

Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy are typically issued within five business days from the product acceptance by The Trendy Scent. All return units are inspected to confirm unused condition prior to issuing any refunds.

· Final sale (i.e., on sale) items are not eligible for a return.

· Exchanges typically are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Trendy Scent.

Return and exchange policy for fragrance oils.

Unopened scent oil bottles may be returned for any reason within 20 days of the date you receive the product for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Open bottles (i.e. with removed temper lock) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy will be issued within five business days from the product acceptance by The Trendy Scent.

Exchanges are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to The Trendy Scent.

Please note that custom orders, including final sale items, oil blends, discontinued aromas and specialty diffusers, cannot be returned. As these products are specifically tailored to each individual customer, they are excluded from our general return policy, which applies to our broader customer base.
